SAI - INTERNATIONAL ASSISTANCE SERVICE
Moviter has created the International Assistance Service (SAI) to support customers focused on the foreign market. This service provides solutions structured according to each geographical area and customer needs, minimising the risks of relocating production means to markets that are often unknown and distant.
THIS SERVICE HAS THREE LEVELS, WITH DIFFERENT PRICES AND CONDITIONS
PACK 1
Inspection and technical monitoring on delivery of the equipment. Technical and operational training (the equipment maintenance team, operators, foremen and site managers) on site or at the support yard
PACK 2
Planned maintenance Technical monitoring of the equipment for the period of time the customer deems necessary
PACK 3
Permanent on site technical assistance for the period of time the customer deems necessary.
